Data we process
We process account details, driver profile information, training progress, job applications, and documents you choose to upload. Driver documents are kept in private storage and are not exposed to employers. Employers receive only the readiness profile a driver shares through an application. Licence images are processed by an AI screening service for category visibility and readability before final human review. A minimal new-application alert may be sent to the platform owner’s private Telegram chat; licence images are not sent to Telegram. Medical and psychological certificates are treated as confidential sensitive documents: they are not sent to AI or Telegram, only an authorised administrator can review them, and employers receive only their verification and validity status.
Purpose, retention and your rights
Data is used to provide training, verify profiles, connect drivers with employers, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We retain it only while needed for these purposes or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion by email. Some records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.
